Clients please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows the time to discuss and prepare for the service.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all of my clients and myself, I have adopted the following policies

  • All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule therefore; late arrivals will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and charged the full session amount.

  • 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for me to try and fill that slot. If you are unable to give the minimum of 24-hours advance notice, I am unable to fill your slot , or you are unable to reschedule this appointment to my next working day you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their missed appointment.

**Out of respect and consideration to other clients and myself: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.

If I have to cancel the appointment because of an emergency or illness, I will reschedule the client to their convenience.


The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time. The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. ****Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between client and massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
